I really like your scheme, it is very relevant to sustainability yet unusual and I think it is important you have targeted this with the present day issues. I noticed in your previous work you have presented a lot of figures and facts backing up your design which is good too.
How is it the public interact with the scheme, is it the provision of gardens along with fuel provisions for vehicles? maybe this could be shown in a montage? I was not able to upload the first page, I don't know if that's due to my computer being awkward?
I also like your diagrammatic techniques, I think these are very successful.
